leave messages on server until...

Hi there,
I´ve got a question. I usually use Outlook Express 6, but
now I´m stuck with Outlook 2000 at work. I´d like to fetch
Emails from the mailserver and leave a copy there so I can
get it from another computer as well until I delete it on
either one of the computers (optionally, deleting the
email automatically from the server after a month or so
would be o.k., too). I have an installed account, so how
can I modify it to make it work?

goto your account properties and goto the Advanced tab. At the bottom you
can set your delivery options.

Hi,
thx. Unfortunately Outlook 2000 offers only to delete the
mails from the server after a while - deleting whan it´s
deleted locally is not possible?

you don't have an option Remove from server when deleted from "Deleted
Items"? Could be that this was introduced since Outlook XP, don't know :-S
