Leaving Files on the exchange Server

I would appreciate it if someone could tell me how to
configure Outlook to leave my mail on the server when
using a mail account connected to an exchange server.
Outlook gives a dialog box that tells me to change the
default delivery location using the e-mail accounts
command from the tools menu. However, when I try to do
this, the only choice made available to me is "personal
folders"!

all you do is go in to tools an advanced of the exchange

account and there is a tab I believe called advanced and
you can check leave a copy on the server. hope that helps
