Am I the only one who *hates* the way the search and replace box bounces all
over the place? I sure wish there was the option to make it sit in *one
place* on the screen as I move through a document!

In early versions of Word, the dialog always sat in the middle of the
screen, and people complained because the selected term tended to be
hidden behind the dialog. So now the dialog moves to avoid obscuring
the found item. I guess you just can't please everybody.
