Hi,

i would like to validate the follwing cells so i can only enter letter
into them: A16:B35

Select your range. Select Data.Validation.Custom and enter the formula
=OR(AND(CODE(A16)>64;CODE(A16)<91);AND(CODE(A16)>96;CODE(A16)<123))
Press OK.
