Leveling Resources - resource becomes red again

Leveling Resources day by day selected. When it levels the resource for one,
the other one previously fixed becomes red again. What gives?

Hello Karen,

It is likely that you are leveling with the option "Leveling can adjust
individual assignments" enabled. With this option enabled, wen there
are two resoures assigned to a task and both are overallocated, Project
will delay the work for the selected resource without affecting the
other resource. When you try to level the second resource on the task,
Project removes any leveling already done on the task effectively
undoing the earlier leveling.

Try turning the option off.
