License agreement keeps popping up after initial agreement

I have a user who keeps getting the EULA popping up every time she goes into
an office product. Each time she accepts it and it then goes away. When she
goes back in it will pop up again.

Acceptance of the license agreement requires the ability
to write to the registry for it to 'stick'. Try logging on
as Administrator to accept the agreement.
