License management phone number

Does anyone have a phone number to ask questions about
microsoft office XP prof.? I have this product on my
desktop and would like to install it on a laptop. Is it
possible to a another user to an existing license. Is it
cheaper to by the product?

Office XP retail (except for Students and Teachers) allows for an
installation to a desktop and a laptop, both used by the same person, but
not simultaneously.

It this does not describe your scenario, then you need another license.
