License problems with multiply identities

I have office installed on my mac and have set up other identities for my kids. When they try to use office programs they are blocked due to a limit on product license. As the software is installed on the same machine this seems a bit odd.

Anyone come across this and hopefully found a fix?

Are they trying to use Office applications from different computers? Do you
have the standard version of Office that allows you to install on one
computer and one laptop (note you can't use both at the same time) or the
Home & Student version that comes with 3 keys that can be used on 3
computers all at the same time?

If you are using one computer, I suggest you use the Apple method of
creating User accounts for each child. You can set permissions and each has
their data kept private from everyone else. Using separate Identities in
Entourage is not encouraged.

Let's first be clear about the terms User, Identity and Account.

An identity is a complete personality of Entourage, containing (preferences,
account settings.

A User is a term used by the Mac OS. The terms Identity and User are often
confused. Creating a new User in System Preferences is a good way to test in
a clean environment.

Entourage stores your data in an Identity, and the Mac OS creates Users.

Your identity is named "Main" by default. It is located in the Microsoft
User Data folder.
