limited number of destinations in Outlook 2007

Hello,
I'm getting error 0x800CCC0F when I try to send a message to more than 10
addresees. This happens even for very small size emails.
If I send the same mail to less than 10 people, it works.

Can I geet some help on this problem ?

Check your SMTP settings in Outlook and make sure you're using the correct
authentication method advised by your ISP.

Does this issue occur if you log into your ISP's webmail site?
