Line breaks in Powerpoint XP charts

In the old versions of Powerpoint or Excel, the programs
allowed users to insert line breaks in chart labels or
series titles by pressing CTEL ENTER.
For example, if you have a long label such as Microsoft
Corporation. It would should up as one long label such
as:

Microsoft Corporation

I want it instead to show up as:
Microsoft
Corporation

on 2 lines. Does anyone know how to do this anymore
instead of using the space bar

It's ALT+Enter in Excel now, but the capability was removed in MS Graph
in PPT for some reason. Sorry.
