Lines no longer snap properly to grid. They snap to open space.

The draw grid feature seems to out of calibration. When using the snap to
grid feature, all lines, rectangles,etc., snap to open space between grid
lines and I can't get anything to run on line anymore. The lines are still
straight but never on the grid line. Worked fine for years and now it is
very hard to draw anything.
