link bar problems

I have two link bars, a vertical one on the left hand side
of the page, and a horizontal along the top

I would like to change the order in which the links appear
within the bar, and according to the help file, when I
double-click on the bar I should have those options
available to me, however, the only options I see are
General and Styles tabs

how do I arrange the links the way I want them?

Nick -

Assuming that these are link bars automatically generated by FrontPage,
go to Navigation view and arrange the folders in the order in which you
want the links to appear (by dragging them to the left or right of their
current position relative to other folders).
