Link Microsoft Project Cells to an Excell Spreedsheet

I am trying to find out if and how I can link a Microsoft Project File cell
to an Excell Spreadsheet cell

Hi,

Yes. Select Edit, Copy then in the other application select edit, paste
special and select text and link.

CAUTION. If you now move or rename or over-write either file you risk
corrupting either or both files.
