Link the formate from one cell to a nother in diffrent sheet

Hallo

I hope some one can help me I have 2 sheets and if I change the cell format
in the one sheet I would like it to do the exact change to a different cell
in a different sheet what formula do I need for this.

sorry no can do.
formulas return a value. they cannot perform an action
such as reformat, copy, paste ect.
