Link to print a file

How do I....

I want to package a presentation to a CD w/PP 2003 (I can do that much). I
need to instruct viewers to print a hard copy of a PDF file that should
accompany their viewing of the presenatation. I am sure there are several
ways to do this but I am also sure I don't know the most elegant solution.
Can I put instructions and a link to the PDF file that is also on the CD on
the first slide? Seems logical but I couldn't figure out what the link
address would be. Maybe there's a better way....

Reader 7 itself. It's buggy.
