Linked Excel object - formatting prints incorrectly

Z

Z

We have several word documents with embedded Excel linked objects. When
we print the Word document, the Excel objects' formatting doesn't print
correctly. For example, we lose some of our underlining, while other
underlining is moved from double accounting to one large bolded
underline. Printing these sections directly from Excel, they print
properly. Does anyone know why this might happen?

Thanks,

Press Alt+F9 to toggle the field codes and inside the closing } insert a \*
charformat switch (replacing the \* mergeformat if it is then. Then apply
the desired formatting to the first letter of field code after the opening
{ (I assume it is Link). Then toggle off the display of the field codes
and when you update the links the the information should appear with the
formatting that had been applied as mentioned above.
