linking outlook calenders

Is it possible to make apointments in calenders from multiple accounts
that wil automaticly wil send those appointments to a central account
that wil act as an overview for those accounts, with possible an
automatic warning in case of a double appointment (for example the same
room at the same hour)

I work for a large dutch company whitch uses W2000 outlook 2000 in
combination with an excanche server
