linking pdf files

I need to distribute a cd with several different pdf files for people to look
at. I've created a PowerPoint show to highlight info. If they want to
follow up in more detail, they click the hyperlink and the pdf should open in
Reader. It works in the test, but when I burn it to CD the links often
break. I've tried doing a package but only three of the six files get
grouped with the presentation. I've examined the link paths a million times
and they are all correct. When I try to make a hybrid CD for both Mac and PC
the problem compounds. Is this not possible? It seems so basic. I tried
making an hmtl version as well. All but two of the links worked in that
version. Anybody? Please? I'm slowly going mad!

Put the PDFs in the same folder with your PPT file, then create the links to
them.
