Links don't work any more.

When clicking on a link in Outlook I get a message that says that thi
operation has been cancelled due to restrictions placed on thi
computer and asks me to contact the system administrator..I don'
recall changed anything [I use XP Pro] and have Administrator rights
Does anyone have any idea what I have done?
