Links in Email-Text

Hello NG!

Pardon my English...

I am sending personalized Mails to my customers via Office XP using Words
Mailmerge-Feature, Outlook and Exchange.
Everything works fine, the Mails look good.

But all the Links get lost.

If I embedd a link like www.company.at the receiver of the Email cannot open
this page by clicking this link. The link also isn't formatted as Link
(underlined + different color).

Any idea to solve this problem?

What Service Pack (SP) have you applied to Office XP

If you mean the Computer where I merged the Emails: No SP.
The Computers receiving the Mail have different OS.
Mine has XP S1a. And also I cant click (even see) the links.
