Listing DisplayName(Fax) in E-mail AddressBook List

Hello,
I would appericate any help with this one.

I have a very diffcult client Who Hates that fact that
when creating a New e-mail message (in outlook xp/02) that
when you hit the 'TO' button to select e-mail
address/names to include with the message Tha is also
Displys a Fax listing too for contacts that have one.
Anyway they have asked me to fix it however I know that
you can move the Coloums over to the left so that the
Display Name is showing first.
But is there an option that will allow you to Not display
a Fax in the E-mail Address listing when adding names to a
new message?

Thanks so much for any help.

The standard behavior for the Outlook Address book is to display all
electronic addresses (both fax and e-mail). That behavior cannot be changed.
The only way to prevent the display of fax numbers is to store them in a
different field or to disguise them (e.g., precede them with an alpha
character) so that Outlook won't recognize them as phone numbers.
There are also a number of utilities available that can do this for you
automatically. Some are listed here:
