Loaded values are incorrect from csv files in MSP 2003

Hi:

I have a MS Project that imports data from csv files.
These files are separated by comas and use dot (.) to separate
decimal.

The problem begins when i run one macro that load these files.
The values of work in MSP 2003 are different than MSP 2000 (This
value are correct).

It's something related with the format of de csv files?

I've already installed the SP1 of MSP 2003.
