Do you know if there is a limit for the material local resource number?

What do you mean by, "...material local resource number"?

Project can have up to 1 million resource per project.
Project can have up to 10,000 units per resource assignment.
Project can have 999,999,999 units for variable material assignments.
Project can have 60,000,000 units for fixed material assignments.
