location of icons like crop,bring foward,bring backward,etc

in my ms office i cannot locate the icons such as crop, bring foward, bring
backword, word art, auto shapes, etc.... so can u tell me in this whole ms
office where can i find these iconc because i have a very important thing to
do and its urgent.................

In FrontPage2003 these are in the Drawing and Picture toolbars.
