I have made a form that I want to be filled out by other and have the ability
to print out and save the completed form as a document. The form works well
but I would like to lock the text so it doesn't move when the text is being
entered in the form.

Hi =?Utf-8?B?UmNpaw==?=,

Generally, you can do this by placing the form fields in table cells, or in
Frames (button on the Forms toolbar). Set the height (and width) to an EXACT
measurement so that the layout doesn't change. And additional text will
disappear.
