Locking a presentation

I need to run an unattended powerpoint presentation at a kiosk where I can't
secure the keyboard. Is there anyway to lock a slideshow so that you cannot
exit it without having to enter a password?

Put it in kiosk mode (Slide Show|Set up Show).

Head to http://www.mvps.org/skp and look for the No Escape add-in to prevent
the kiosk-mode file from being stopped by hitting Escape.
