On one of the machines in our office, whenever the user clicks on the 'look
in:' drop-down, it greys out and is unresponsive for about 30 seconds, and
then it is fine. Then, the next time she goes to a file dialog, the same
thing happens.
This is only happening in Office applications, all other programs work fine.
The system is Office 2003 Pro, on Windows XP Pro.
We have several network drives mounted, which i suspect of causing the
trouble, but as the problem only occurs in Office apps, I'm not sure how to
fix it.
Can anybody help me?
