Looking for a template to be used to create a training manual - st

I have spent quite a bit of time online looking for a template that can be
used to write a workshop manual and there does not seem to be any of these
sorts of templates available. There are lots of templates for other types of
projects, but the only references that I can find to workshop or training
manuals are for other products, such as inDesign, which I once used but
really hated. Publisher is so much easier.

I would also be prepared to hire a designer to design a professional layout
that I could use as a template in Publisher, but the 3 designers I approached
refused to submit a bid for prepare a template in Publisher. Any suggestions
would be much appreciated!

Take a look at how Publisher puts together catalogues. It might give you an idea
on how to start. Publisher does not support TOC or Indexes.
