User's Guide that comes with the software. No need to reply if there is
sarcasm behind the answer. thank you.

I think what Chuck was trying to tell you is that there is no user's guide
that comes with the software--or at least nothing you'd find helpful. I have
a copy, and I can assure you that it waxes dithyrambic about all the
wonderful things you can do with Word but doesn't explain *how* to do any of
them.
