Looking for nt 4 migration to active directory project template

I'm looking for a MS Project 2002 project plan for migrating from an NT 4
domain to a Windows 2000 Active Directory domain.

The default set of templates tht ship with 2002 should have an AD
template in it. It is not specifically for a migration but it is pretty
detailed (over 400 tasks). It might start you off in the right
direction.
