Looking for pattern or formula

I have a set of data that is ranked. Based on the current rank and the
desired rank, I would like to call upon a formula that will project changes
to the input factors to obtain the desired rank. Anyone know what that
formula or pattern is?

I would like to compute changes to base rate, factor1, factor2 to get
company A to rank 2

desired rank for company A= 2

Company B-D are fixed and their result will not change.

Factor 1 is the representation of territory and Factor 2 is the
representation of class
