Loop a specific segment of the Presentation?

Is there a way to loop a specific segment of a presentation until I press a
key?

I am preparing a presentation for a live charity auction and I want to
continue to show the same 5 or so slides while we are auctioning that item,
then advance to the next item (which will also have 5 or so slides, etc.)

I am very proficient in VB and VBS - if someone could point me in the right
direction.

This tutorial explains how to loop a set of slides, then when you press Esc it carries on with another presentation

I'm sure if could be done with VBA but I'm not sure how!
