loosing bottom of frames

I am occasionally loosing frames at the bottoms of graphics. I have gone
into format picture and lines and made sure that the bottom was part of the
selection. Again this is only on some pictures though it seems to happen
more on color and yes, it prints without the frame on the bottom.

Look into a more current video driver.
Slide the acceleration down on your adapter, right-click the desktop, properties,
settings tab, advanced button, troubleshoot tab...
If this solves your issue, then go to the manufacturer's web site and look around for
an upgraded driver.
