Losing info going to Project 2007

We have recently moved to Project Professional 2007 from Project Professional
2003. We noticed that in some cases, we have lost some information in custom
text fields at the task level. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas
on either keeping this from happening or a simple way to compare to see where
the info is missing?

I didn't experience loss of data but noticed Lookup tables from 2003 did not
migrate to 2007; the field itself was there but the underlying values were
gone. We had to update these fields via the Organizer.
