lost all messages

After changing domain names the user now after joining the domain an
logging in they have lost all their email messages, contacts an
settings. I did a search for pst files and no luck. They are usin
outlook 200

Chuck,

Make sure you are searching in "hidden folders" when doing the search or you
wont find the PST files. Another way is to unhide the hidden files and
folders first, then doing the search for *.pst on the C: drive.

Here is how you unhide the hidden files and folders:

Open My Computer icon --> go up to TOOLS --> down to FOLDER OPTIONS --> on
the VIEW TAB make sure SHOW HIDDEN FILES AND FOLDERS is enabled
