We are using Exchange 2000 and Outlook 2000. I have 2 users who wanted to
share a contact list and also use the same list as an address book. I
created a public folder for them to do this. It seems that contacts are
somehow being lost or dropped - possibly when new cards are created (but it
is not the new card that is being dropped). I have been exporting to a pst
file every couple of days, and printing out a copy of the file. Last week I
entered 2 test cards. The next day the number of cards in the file dropped
by 2, but the 2 missing cards were not my test cards, but just random other
cards. I know this is confusing, but would appreciate any help. Since it
does not appear to be consistent, it is kind of hard to know what might be
missing.
