Version: 2004 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) Processor: Intel I used my entourage account with all my mail saved into different folders and everything was working well. Then one day i opened my account and everything was gone. I only have the first e-mail in my account that says that i am a new user but everything else is gone. Also i still have my contacts but all the groups that i made are now gone. if you know how or where i can find my mail i would love the help. Thanks.

I did not backup my account so i'm hoping there is some way to get my mal back.
Also is there something that i can use that will easily save my entourange data, because there is not one provided and i don't want this to happen again. Thanks.

I suspect you moved the Microsoft User Data folder away from it's normal
location. Move it back and everything should come back.

Well it's a bit of a pain to be honest.
One way to do it that I actually like is to launch Entourage pressing
the Option key down to get to the database Utility.
From there, rebuild the database. In the process, you end up with a
clean new identity, but Entourage also keeps the old, untouched one as a
backup.
You can switch identity if you want to get back to the previous one.
Not a bad option IMVHO.

Also i lost my account, it just disapeared. How do i get it back?

You lost your account? The entire Mac account? You have much bigger
problems than just Entourage. You really need to check your hard drive
for problems (use DiskUtility, booting from the MacOS X install DVD),

How do i find the Microsoft User Data file?

Well I don't know... It shoudl be in ~/Documents, but if you moved it it
could be anywhere...
