Lost drawing toolbar

I've gone into View and checked the Drawing toolbar as on, but it still
doesn't appear. PowerPoint 2002.

The Drawing toolbar usually shows up at the bottom of the screen. Do you see
it there?

If not, is it possible it got docked to the top or a side by mistake?

Actually your comment drew my attention to the fact that the powerpoint
window seemed to be oversized. When I hit "restore" the toolbar reappeared.
Eureka! Thank you.
