Lost email Folder

I was trying to teach my wife how to navigate to a particular email folder
in Outlook so that she could read (review as it contained a website ) the
message from a family member. I told here to click on the folder and she did
something that caused the folder to dissappear. Is there anyway to retrieve
this folder if I haven't backed it up? Thanks in advance for any help, Jim.

Your are probably looking at the shortcuts list.
Click View, Folder List, click all '+' signs to see subfolders, right click
the name of the missing folder and add it back to the shortcut bar.

Thanks so much Cris. You were right. My wife had drug it down and it was
then listed as a subfolder to the next folder down. I was able to put it
back into its original location. Jim.
