Lost files & backup replacements

Hello -

I have been having major computer problems apparently due to corrupt
preference(s). I think I Have most of it solved except for Entourage.

I am running OS 10.4.11, Entourage 11.4.0 (2004).

I lost all my mail folders, address book, and calendar items. I subscribe
to Mozy backup, so I should be able to download these items from Mozy - but
I don't know where they are in Entourage or where they should go when I
download them for replacement.

I have downloaded:
(from documents) Office 2004 identities
(from the library) microsoft entourage p.list
office 2004 entourage preferences.

I put all these files in the place where they were in Mozy, but am still
missing address books and mail boxes.

Can anyone help?

Can anyone help?

Entourage stores everything in a database file. Since you downloaded the
Office 2004 identities folder, it should contain your Identity called "Main"
by default. BTW, what type of account do you have? (POP, IMAP, Exchange)

It doesn't really matter about the preferences. The only one you would
really need is the Microsoft folder in your User preferences. It contains
your custom dictionary. Everything else can be reset.
