Lost Office 2003 from CRASH

My laptop had Ofiice 2003 Trial edition on the computer when I bought it. (HP
Pavilion 3280us) I later downloaded a permanent copy. My computer crashed
and I lost everything. I do not have the Product Key Code or confirmation
number. I can prove I paid for the software with my credit card. I need the
CD or another download. My computer is out of warranty barely. I was told
to contact HP first and they told me to contact Microsoft. I need help if
anyone has any suggestions.
