I transitioned from Pacbell DSL to SBC DSL about a year
ago. I just recently tried to reset up an existing email
address (not my primary address) with an SBC support rep.
During the process I lost all folders for my primary email
account. The support rep said all we did was remove and
add back the primary account, and delete temp files to
speed things up. According to her this should not cause
folders to be lost. I don't find any of the folders when I
search. How do I do all to recover these folders before I
just move on?
