lost pages

Has anybody ever seen Frontpage "lose" pages on a server?
I have probably 10,000 pages on my web site and they are
all accessible on my local system. Today I noticed that I
can no longer access them on the live web site. I have
done an upload today yet Frontpage does not fix this
problem. Is there some limit to the number of pages
Frontpage can deal with?

There is not limit per se, but w/ a site that size you should have it broken into subwebs for easier and faster site management
