lost product key

hi, i had to do a system restore which removed microsoft my office ultimate
from my laptop. i have lost the product key, i downloaded it via the internet
and have delted the email and have tried lots of key finder programmes but
still no luck. is there any way i can find it or get sent it again? cheers,
