Lost pst data Outlook 2000

We had a computer tech into the office who set-up an additional C drive on the computer I am using. I moved all of the document files to one location for easier access. I havelost the Outlook data, so with my limited knowledge I am supposing there were files in the data folders. I have restored anything that was deleted and have viewed several mailbox pst viles that show data, but none will open in outlook. Help please. I am not a techie!

Make sure you've got Read/Write access to the file and that the file isn't
marked as Read Only. Then you can open the file in Outlook by File-> Open->
Personal Data File...
