Lost Public folders after upgrade to Office 2003

Can not see Public folders or enable Spam Inspector after
upgrade to Office 2003.

1. To see Public Folders, enable the folders view, not mail.

I have exactly the same problem after upgrading to 2002.
I cannot view "All Public Folders" (on Exchange 2000)
under my Public Folders. I am looking in "Folder List" -
I guess this is the same as folder view? I can still
search All Public folders and find entries, even open the
folders found. Any ideas?

Different program - we are talking about Outlook 2003 which is substantially
changed from the 2002 version.

How do you enable folders view? I see no such option.

I am already in the folders view. Public folders does not
appear as an option. I can view my server account, my
resource email folders, email folders assigned to me by
others, my psts. But Public folders is missing, as it is
for everyone we upgraded to Office2003
