Hi Paul,

Sometimes these things happens. I normally, if I cannot find any othe
solution for the problem, reset Excel's registry settings. You can d
it like this:

- Go to Start -> Run...
- Type: excel -unregserver and press enter
- And again in the same place type: excel -regserver and press enter

The first one (unregserver), deletes some excel settings from th
Windows registry (toolbars, options, ...) and the other one (regserver
puts the excels default registry values to the registry.

Don't just believe in my word when peeking into Windows registry, bu
first read this Microsoft article
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;291288&Product=xl2002

In some Excel versions, the -regserver options asks for the Offic
installation media, when using this option.

- Asse

is up and running again
