lost word 2003

i just bought the new office2007 and when i put it in the computer makes the
usual "fan" noise for like 5-10 seconds then stops. And the cmputer wont read
the disk, or any disk....can someone help me. Also i dont even find my
previous microsoft i had, s if it disappeard....can any one PLEASE help me?
