Machine freezes up, office will not complete successfully

M

Mark Bowser

When i run the install, it takes about 30 minutes to get to where i put in my
office key. Then it will fail the install. My machine freezes up every 2
minutes for what seems like 5 minutes. Once i re-install 2003, i cannot open
outlook.

Please help!!..

Thanks.

Mark.

Assuming Office installed, see control panel>mail applet to set up
accounts/profile etc

If Office still freezing, try running in safe mode (windows) does the freeze
still ocur?

Do You mean running the install in Safemode?

No, from your post its not entirely clear as to if office is installed, as
you mention OL, I meant, if it is, start windows in safe mode then run
office and see if freeze still ocurs.
