MacMail & Outlook 2003 Meetings

Is it possible for MacMail and Outlook users to collaborate via Outlook
meeting requests. I have searched google and other sites but have not
found a definitive answer... actually I have found nothing that really
relates to this question.

If anyone can lend a hand this would be appreciated.
